Financial Aid Fast Facts

• Title IV School Code: 013568
• Complete FAFSA at studentaid.gov
• Complete a FERPA Consent Form – See Franklin Technology Center Main Office for form.
• Students must be enrolled in a full-time program to receive Federal Student Aid.
• Students who are borrowing funds through the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program must satisfy the following requirements before any loan funds will be released.
  • Complete Entrance Loan Counseling – visit studentaid.gov
  • Sign a Master Promissory Note – visit studentaid.gov
  • Complete Annual Student Loan Acknowledgement – visit studentaid.gov
• Complete and submit all required forms / documentation requested by the Financial Aid Office.
• Refund checks are issued if you have aid in excess of program costs and a credit balance is on your student account.
• Contact the Staff Accountant to check the balance or make a payment on your Student Account.
