To request a copy of your transcript, please click on the links below, complete the Transcript Request Form AND pay the $5 transcript fee and we will complete your request as soon as possible. Both steps must be completed in order for your request to be processed. Transcript requests take about 3 to 5 business days to be processed. 

***Transcript requests that are received without having both steps completed (fee paid and transcript request form submitted) will not be processed.***
