Admission Restrictions

Franklin Technology Center will complete a Criminal Background Check on all applicants of full-time programs. The cost of this search is included in the application fee. This is required by Missouri state law (RSMo 171.097). If, as a result of the criminal history background check required under this section, it is determined that a person who requested enrollment has been convicted of a crime or offense listed in subsection 6 of section 168.071, or a similar crime or offense committed in another state, the United States, or any other country, regardless of imposition of sentence, the school district shall prohibit such person from enrolling in any course.
